Most people have heard about the Citizens Advice organisation. And with good reason. They have been helping people in their daily lives for over 80 years. Citizens Advice are able to offer advice on a variety of issues including problems associated with debt, employment, benefits and housing.  Here we wanted to highlight two particular areas of support and advice that may be of interest to our clients.

Support to Carers

Citizens Advice can provide advice and support to carers, friends and family of  those who are vulnerable. The challenges are especially difficult during the Coronavirus pandemic. Financial Advice for those diagnosed with Cancer

Citizens Advice Cheshire East are currently promoting their MacMillan Benefits Advice Service. Invaluable for anyone who has, or who knows someone who has had a recent cancer diagnosis, this service can help answer any financial concerns a diagnosis can bring.  Email: macmillan.local@citizensadvicece.org.uk or call to speak to an adviser on 01270 303006.
